Warehouse Operative

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Warehouse Job Details & Benefits;

* 40 hours per week as breaks are paid

* Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

 * £12.21 per hour

* Permanent role after 12 weeks

Warehouse Operative Job Details;

The position will involve working in the goods in department opening boxes on arrival and taking out products to quality check batch codes, replace labels if necessary, check for damages, move products onto pallets and input and edit information on spreadsheets.

There could be an element of working in a cold store environment which is below fridge temperature. However, the client would provide all relevant PPE.

Warehouse Operative Person Specification;

* Attention to detail is essential

* Basic Excel & word skills required – experience on sage would be advantageous but not essential

* Must have good reading and writing skills due to the product you would be working with

* Computer literate

* Must have a good eye for detail

* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
