Technical Operator - Weekends; FTC

Overview

As a Technical Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our high‑quality products are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for the competent operation of a variety of machinery, including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, while also carrying out routine product testing and quality checks to maintain consistency.

• Operate production machinery confidently and safely, including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, to keep production running smoothly.
• Embrace the challenge of maintaining high product quality by carrying out testing and checks to ensure every item meets our exacting standards.
• Work closely with your shift team and other departments, supporting a collaborative and efficient production environment.
• Play a vital role in delivering the products our customers love, contributing directly to our performance and reputation.
• Gain hands‑on experience and develop new skills, with full training provided and opportunities to grow within a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Maintain a good standard of literacy and numeracy to follow processes accurately and complete essential documentation.
• Show strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently to support the team in meeting daily production targets.
• Have previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment or similar hands‑on roles.
• Possess an A Level 2 Food Safety qualification – desirable but not essential; we provide full training to help you succeed and grow in the role.
• Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to working well with others to thrive and live our KP values every day.
