Are you an experienced bench joiner, looking to step into a senior role, where you can lead a skilled workshop team while remaining hands‑on in the production of high‑end kitchens and fitted furniture?

On offer is the opportunity to join a bespoke manufacturer of high‑end residential furniture and kitchens. The company combine meticulous design with precise production to provide an excellent service to their customers.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the workshop
• Manage production schedules
• Ensure quality standards

Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30

Experience in bespoke joinery production, specifically the production of 5‑piece doors, drawers and boxes.

Looking for progression into a senior role that will provide leadership training.
