T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a  Quality Inspector  to join our client based in  Ashby-de-la-Zouch  on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and fast paced manufacturing environment working on a wide range of technical products.
Quality Inspector Job Details & Benefits;
Monday  Friday, 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm
£12.71 per hour to start, rising to £13.85 following a successful probation period
28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays

Quality Inspector Main Duties;
Inspection of control panels, cable harnesses/looms, and mechanical assemblies to customer and internal drawings
Carrying out visual inspections to ensure products meet workmanship and quality standards
Continuity testing using a multimeter
Identifying defects, damage, missing items, or workmanship issues
Verifying assemblies against bills of materials, drawings, and work instructions
Recording inspection results and reporting quality issues where required
Supporting production teams with quality related queries
Maintaining a clean and organised inspection area
Following company quality procedures and health & safety requirements
Quality Inspector Person Specification;
Previous inspection experience is essential
Experience inspecting control panels, cable harnesses/looms, or mechanical assemblies would be advantageous.
Experience using a multimeter for continuity testing
Good attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and documentation
Careful and methodical approach to work
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
