Monday - Friday, 8am – 4pm | Employment:
Full-time, Temp-to-Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) to join our growing logistics and distribution team.

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and load goods safely.
• Perform general warehouse operations including stock control, order preparation, and dispatch.
• Use basic PC systems to log deliveries, update records, and send/receive emails.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues, providing excellent communication and service.
• Occasionally drive the company van between local sites to transfer stock.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited).
• Full UK Driving Licence (for occasional site runs).
• Confident communication and PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
