Your key responsibilities will include:

* Operating Class 1 HGV vehicles safely and efficiently across assigned routes

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant transport and safety regulations

* Managing deliveries and collections with care, utilising palletised loads and forklift operations

* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any mechanical issues promptly

* Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork accurately

* Communicating effectively with logistics teams to support smooth operations

Days: £18.71

Nights: £20

This role uses rolled-up holiday pay. A holiday pay uplift of 12.07% is included in your hourly rate and paid with each regular salary payment. You will not receive a separate payment for holiday entitlement when it is taken, and this will be itemised on your payslip

Requirements:

* Valid UK Class 1 HGV licence with a clean driving record

* Experience driving large goods vehicles in a distribution or logistics environment

* Ability to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (day or night shifts available)

* Professional and reliable approach to work
