YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about delivering seamless logistics execution and providing exceptional customer service? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our global CLL Control Tower team. With locations across Ashby, Houston and Jacksonville, Singapore, Zaragoza and Nijmegen, this role sits at the heart of our international supply chain operations, supporting customers, carriers, and suppliers across multiple regions.

WHAT

ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will manage customer orders, prepare documentation, and book transport with carriers. Youll monitor shipment execution, track key milestones, and resolve any missing or inconsistent data to maintain full supply chain visibility. You will handle customer requests and incidents as they arise, escalating issues to Supervisors and stakeholders quickly and effectively. Youll also support reporting activities by providing KPI inputs, highlighting trends, and suggesting areas for improvement.

WHAT

ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an organised, customer focused individual with strong communication skills and an interest in global logistics. You will ideally have experience in supply chain or logistics operations, however, recent graduates with relevant academic backgrounds may also be considered.

You should have strong computer skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and a solid understanding of general supply chain concepts. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, be dependable, and have the ability to prioritise effectively.
