Driver Hire Burton are recruiting for two Class 2 / Cat C refuse drivers for an immediate start on behalf of our client based just outside of Appleby Magna.

You will be responsible for driving the class 2 vehicle, and you will have a drivers mate/porter with you. This role is full-time and ongoing, a Monday to Friday position with a start time of 6 am.

Induction and assessments required before you start.

Position start date: 08/06/2026.

Job requirements

6 months Class 2 driving experience
A valid UK Driving Licence with CAT C entitlement
Digi Tacho Card
CPC card
Have no more than six points on your licence
Must have driven in the past 6 months

Pay

£14.50 per hour PAYE + holidays
£16.25 per hour PAYE inclusive of holidays
