40 hours per week

Shift Pattern:
Rotating weekly shifts:

* 7:00am – 3:30pm

* 10:00am – 6:30pm

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Measham. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products while ensuring all warehouse processes are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately check, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.

* Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming goods.

* Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly to management.

* Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and other departments.

* Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and safe at all times.

* Assist with stock takes and regular cycle counts, including occasional overtime or weekend work when required.

* Support the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse facility.

* Process returned goods in line with company procedures.

* Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

* Operate materials handling equipment where authorised and trained.

* Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your designated work area.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year's warehouse experience, including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and use initiative.

* Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous; SAP experience would be beneficial.

* Good level of physical fitness, as manual handling and lifting are required as part of the role.

Desirable Skills

* Flexi Truck or Forklift experience.

* Valid MHE/Forklift licence (training can be provided for suitable candidates).
