Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced
Warehouse Supervisor to support operations at a busy, established logistics and distribution centre based at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinating workloads and allocating tasks to warehouse operatives.
Monitoring productivity, performance and operational targets.
Ensuring goods are handled, stored and dispatched accurately.
Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Identifying and resolving operational issues.
Communicating effectively with warehouse management and team members.
RequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader position.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Good understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and confident managing a team.
What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate of approximately £14.42.
Regular day shift hours.
