Responsibilities- Lead the guest experience by greeting guests, checking in with them, and ensuring they are enjoying their visit.
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction.
- Work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Inform guests about promotions and the benefits of using the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
