Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. We know that our employees are our driving force and that is why we are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about coaching, developing, and supporting both employees and managers.
This role is central to shaping our employee experience at Technimark, fostering trust, growth, and collaboration across our organization.
- Partner with managers and Sr. HR leaders to advise on HR issues, policies, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with leaders to support team growth and performance management.
- Serve as a resource on employee relations, rewards, recognition, compliance, and workplace diversity.
- Administer and support attendance tracking, employee evaluations, leave of absences, and records management.
- Drive HR policy education, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent Technimark in regulatory hearings and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Support company culture through employee engagement, recognition programs, and plant events.
- Coach supervisors and managers on how to lead effectively while staying aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations strongly preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to change.
