Responsible for assisting in the planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Requires a minimum of five + years experience in information technology systems administration.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:- Configure, support and evaluate servers.
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Knowledge of Desktop Virtualization (Citrix, VMware)
- Configure and support anti-virus software
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity practices
- Knowledge of operating systems and enterprise patch management
- Understanding of change management practices
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, EntraID, user identities, groups, permissions, and administrative access
- Experience working in healthcare
- Understanding of HIPAA and IT Security protocols
- Ability to work independently in a critical operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
