Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and delivering multiple projects across international manufacturing facilities while ensuring schedule adherence, risk management and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional teams and third-party partners through the full project lifecycle, serving as the primary customer and stakeholder contact, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies and risks, while escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities include developing statements of work, project plans, risk registers and documentation, maintaining governance and compliance with standard processes and ensuring clear communication of progress, risks and outcomes. Success in this role requires strong technical and customer‑facing experience within injection molding or contract manufacturing environments, the ability to manage complex, concurrent projects and a hands‑on, ownership‑driven approach to execution.
