Responsibilities
  • Learn Enterprise business from day one and serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while engaging in the community and establishing the relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership/management experience (including volunteer work, athletics, or military service).
  • Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
