Machine Operator

, located in Asheboro, NC. This full‑time, non‑exempt role reports to the Shift Supervisor and operates in a 2‑2‑ート 3 shift pattern, with night shift available (7 pm–7:15 am).

The Machine Operator is responsible for the proper operation of injection molding machines and performing necessary secondary operations at the press such as trimming, visual inspection of parts according to quality criteria, and proper packaging methods. The operator must be proficient in quality inspections, finished product handling, and any miscellaneous tasks requested by management.

• Operate injection molding presses and perform secondary operations.
• Check parts using a micrometer (if applicable) and identify quality defects such as cracks and chip tradicionais.
• Trim, inspect, and package parts per customer specifications.
• Follow standardized work instructions and maintain a safe, continuous‑improvement environment.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Communicate production issues tointendo, technician, or-funded leadership.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and work as a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is desired but not required.
• Positive outlook, self‑starter, high initiative.
• Detail‑oriented, strong time-management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening.

• Climb ladders and lift up to Foreign weight 50 lbs continuously.
• Stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, squatting, twisting motions.
• Continuously perform visual inspections and maintain attention to detail.
