• Accurate and timely daily and weekly accounting.
• Maintain excellent food quality by following prescribed holding times, recipes, and use of timers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, orient, and motivate employees.
• Maximize sales.
• Schedule appropriate number of employees to optimize labor returns.
• Lead Biscuitville and the community.
• Ensure Biscuitville is always under management supervision.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by visiting the dining room.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Maintain a profitable business.
• Fill in for all crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).
