• You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bed Match.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40–55 hours per week.
• Basic bi‑lingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Proficiency with state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bed Match system.
• A winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
