We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Administrative Manager to support and manage daily office operations while providing essential HR and employee support. This role is ideal for a self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Office & Administrative ManagementProactively ensure all administrative staff have the tools, resources, and support needed to perform their roles effectively
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails; respond to or route inquiries as appropriate
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, workflows, and administrative processes
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company standards
Manage travel arrangements and coordinate customer visits
Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
HR & Employee SupportProvide day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding coordination, new hire documentation, and orientation scheduling
Maintain employee personnel files and assist with compliance-related documentation
Support payroll preparation by collecting and entering reimbursement requests and other documents
Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and communication related to HR programs
Support training coordination and tracking for employees
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and administrative HR needs
- Maintain confidentiality
Plan, schedule, and coordinate company social activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Run the activity committee and be present at all events- this will include some nights and weekends (1-2 a month)
Order supplies and materials needed for company events
Coordinate logistics and support for all social functions
Organize, track, and maintain inventory of promotional items and company-branded materials
Qualifications2–5 years of office administration experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous experience as an Office Manager or HR support preferred
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
CompensationCompensation is based on qualifications and experience
