Assessment Center Supervisor. Organization:
Operated by Methodist Home for Children in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, the Western Area Juvenile Crisis and Assessment Center is at the forefront of providing comprehensive support for youth in need.

Pay

Methodist Home for Children provided pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr base pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr shifts Available:
Night Shift: 7pm-7am.

What You’ll Do

As an Assessment Center Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and training our dedicated Youth Care Workers. Oversee the care of the youth served by the Assessment & Crisis Center, providing direct supervision, implementing care services, engaging youth in assessment activities, and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High School Diploma/GED required;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory or staff management experience, ideally in a social services setting
  • Experience working with youth in a supportive capacity
Requirements
  • Valid NC driver's license
  • Successful completion of required screenings and trainings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
