Location: Asheville, NC |
Pay: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr (based on experience, education). Day and split shifts available (7am‑7pm or 10am‑10pm) |
Type: Full‑time.

• Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay.
• Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities.
• Help assess their needs and contribute to a long‑term care plan.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and non‑punitive environment.
