This is a full‑time remote role for a Field Superintendent. The Field Superintendent will oversee and manage remodeling and disaster response projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, supervising on‑site staff, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The role also requires regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

• Experience in construction, residential remodeling, and disaster recovery
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and coordinate multiple projects
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Technical knowledge of construction practices and materials
• Proficiency with project management tools and technologies
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites
• Previous experience working with real‑estate investors or federal contractors is a plus

Location:
