Acoustical Ceiling Installer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Hang wall track, main T supports and cross supports in a suspended ceiling system to form a series of grids according to architectural plans

* Able to read prints, create layout, drop wires, install wall mold & grid, and do cuts on flat and regular tile

* Follow safety rules and regulations established by OSHA and Cleveland Construction, Inc.

* Work as a team member in a culture of performance

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

* Minimum of 1-year experience installing acoustical ceiling grid and tile

* High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent

* Ability to walk on stilts is a plus

* Reliable means of transportation

* Ability to pass a pre-employment post-offer drug screen

* Pass E-Verify

PHYSICAL DEMANDS /

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.

* Able to access all areas of the job site, which include stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.

* Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting etc.

* Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 85 pounds
