• Greet guests and manage efficient check-ins and check-outs
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys
• Process payments accurately (cash, credit, debit, checks, and room charges)
• Assist guests during checkout, addressing any concerns or late charges
• Answer guest calls, take messages, and respond to questions or requests
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Provide information on hotel amenities, parking, and local attractions
• Monitor daily reports and ensure special requests are completed accurately
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer according to accounting procedures

• At least one year of customer service experience
  , so you’re ready to hit the ground running 🚀
• High school diploma or equivalent required (hotel experience is a plus!)
• Fluent in English to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and teammates
• Able to think on your feet and find solutions when unexpected situations arise
• Comfortable using a computer (no worries if you’re not an expert—we’ll train you 💻)
• Friendly, approachable, and welcoming
