British Swim School of Asheville is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist, known as a Deck Ambassador, to work poolside and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is part-time with afternoon/evening shifts and weekend coverage.
Typical hours are 3pm–7pm on weekdays with additional weekend slots. There is potential to advance to Swim Instructor with pay starting at $20 per hour, plus paid training and growth opportunities.
