Base pay range

$18.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Set up and breakdown operatories pre and post treatment.
  • Take dental radiographs (x‑rays).
  • Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
  • Take impressions (Digital or PVS) of patients' teeth for Clear Aligners, Night guards, Dentures, etc.
  • Assist in daily operations and progress notes (Practice Management Software: Oryx).
  • Communicate with patients and suppliers (e.g., scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, billing and ordering supplies).
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a growth mindset.
  • X‑ray certification.
  • Passion for dentistry and love the profession.
  • Experience in various dental specialties or willingness to learn (e.g., Extractions, Clear Aligners, Root Canals, Implants, Dentures, 3D Printing, Same Day Crowns, IV Sedation).
  • Proficiency in digital dentistry and intraoral scanning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Kind, caring, and attentive to patients' needs.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Enjoys working in a fun, positive team environment.
  • Schedule:

    3 days per week, Tuesday–Thursday 7‑7 PM (work on some Mondays if we are closed on one of the three work days).
