This urgent care center is part of a well-established network providing immediate care services to the Asheville community. The facility features a modern, patient-centered environment with comprehensive urgent care capabilities and a supportive team including center managers, medical assistants, and patient service associates.

Board Certified - Urgent Care
Job Details:
• Work as the sole provider in the urgent care center, seeing approximately 20 patients per shift (up to 40 possible depending on site)
• Treat both adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up)
• Perform various procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
• Must be proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Requires strong independent practice abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have at least 12 months of urgent care experience (new graduates not considered)
• Board certification required (MD/DO) or appropriate certification for PAs/NPs (NCCPA/NP Boards)
• BLS certification required
• Must complete clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding before first solo shift
• No call requirements
• Supervising physician provided for APPs
• May be asked to support locations within a 65-mile radius of home residence
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 20 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
Estimated Hourly Rate: $100 - $125
