Drive reliability and performance in a high-tech manufacturing environment! As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you’ll develop smart maintenance strategies, apply predictive technologies, and lead continuous improvement to keep our advanced equipment running at its best. Your analytical skills will optimise reliability programs and ensure long-term operational excellence—all while supporting safety, quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities- Lead Safety Culture: Promote safety awareness and proactive risk assessment across the Maintenance team.
- Implement Predictive Maintenance: Deploy advanced preventive technologies for rotating and fixed equipment.
- Analyse & Optimise: Use data and failure trends to set priorities, schedules and spare‑parts strategies.
- Apply Best Practices: Enhance programmes for compressors, motors, pumps, winders and cooling units.
- Resolve Root Causes: Conduct failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or related).
- 3+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in root‑cause analysis and FMEA.
- Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration, oil analysis).
- Understanding of electro‑mechanical systems (drives, motors, valves, fans).
