HDR is seeking a Transportation Planning Project Manager to lead transportation planning and environmental projects, manage budgets and schedules, and guide staff across North Carolina. The role supports HDR’s Transportation Business Group and contributes to resilient infrastructure design.
Primary location is Raleigh, NC with other locations such as Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Wilmington, and Asheville. Strong PM and communication skills, and experience with NEPA/SEPA are preferred.
