Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Solutions team s role can be based anywhere in the United States.
As a lead‑level consultant you will oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, support clients throughout projects, and ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities- Oversee complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budget.
- Help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance and unify Finance, Human Resources, and talent management for optimized financial management capabilities.
- Lead Workday Financials design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration and lead configuration of modules across prototype environments.
- Drive transformation of business processes, particularly in Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting.
- Provide point of view by understanding customer pain points and complexities and suggest complementary solutions.
- Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday.
- Provide guidance and direction during testing cycles of prototypes.
- CPA required.
- Minimum two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/ FDM with the Workday Platform.
- 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and 10–15 years of financials experience (other ERP systems acceptable).
- Deep understanding of Workday configuration options and transactional life cycles such as Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, Cash‑to‑Conversion.
- Experience with implementation lifecycle phases and methodology.
- Designing and building financial reports such as balance sheet and P&L.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prior implementation partner experience.
- Lead role experience in one or more of:
Financial Accounting, FDM, Core Financials. - Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Salary range: $111,600 to $223,200, based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
