About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our Asheville office. This is an urgent hire, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy guiding clients through the closing process, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish

• Work closely in-office with paralegals to ensure all documents are accurate and complete

• Communicate directly with clients to provide guidance and answer questions throughout the closing process

• Review contracts, deeds, and closing documents to ensure compliance with NC law

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Bar License

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or real estate closings

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an office setting
