Urgent Hire - Civil Litigation Attorney | Asheville, NC
A growing Asheville law firm is seeking an experienced NC-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join its expanding practice immediately! This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with hybrid flexibility and trial exposure.
What You'll Do:
- Defend civil litigation claims from start to finish
- Handle trials and arbitrations
- Work on cases including: construction litigation, trucking & transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation
- NC Bar license required
- 3-5+ years of civil litigation defense experience
- Proven trial and arbitration experience
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
Asheville, NC (hybrid work with Asheville as home base)
Open to candidates relocating to WNC or already local
