Lead community operations, overseeing financial performance, leasing success, vendor partnerships, and resident satisfaction. Serve as a coach, Live It culture ambassador, and business strategist to guide your team toward consistent performance, strong occupancy, and a thriving community environment.
Responsibilities- Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting; oversee move‑outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking.
- Maintain accurate records using platforms such as Yardi and Knock; ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain curb appeal and quality; drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
- Partner with maintenance on work orders and preventative care; oversee vendor services to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Build a strong, positive team culture across office and maintenance; hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals.
- Lead weekly team meetings to align on goals and celebrate wins; lead with empathy while upholding accountability and standards.
- Address escalated resident concerns with professionalism and care; plan and lead engaging resident events to boost satisfaction.
- Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects; ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment by ensuring the office, amenities, and common areas are immaculately presented.
- High School or GED equivalent.
- Two years of property management experience, including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles.
- Six months as a community manager preferred.
- Industry software experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, and/or Property Management License preferred.
- Effective communication and team alignment.
- Financial understanding and informed decision‑making.

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Leasing office:
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. One weekday off each week maintains a 40‑hour schedule. Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events.
Community Managers receive monthly leasing and renewal commissions plus quarterly performance bonuses.
