Commercial Drywall Project Manager – Precision Walls, Inc.

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee daily activity of the job.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from the estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, material, and equipment.
• Show growth mindset as a team learner and leader.
• Dedicate to safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
• Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking.
• Work with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to assure material coordination and accuracy.

• At least five years of experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail-driven with an accounting mindset – "Know your costs".
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.
