Bonus potential: up to $100k annually

• Single Family Residential General Contracting (Scatter lot preferred over tract home)

• Built at least 100 homes in Western NC
• Existing subcontractor relationships in Western NC

As we expand into Western North Carolina
, we’re seeking a seasoned Head of Construction to lead the charge and help us build this division from the ground up.

This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape a program from day one, working directly with our President and VP to design systems, mentor teams, and deliver high-impact results for families recovering from disaster.

• Oversee all construction operations for single‑family residential rebuilds and manufactured housing units (MHUs)
• Build and lead a high‑performing team of superintendents and support staff
• Design and implement scalable workflows and systems to drive operational efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with HUD/state guidelines and program objectives
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, reporting, and performance metrics

• 10+ years of residential construction experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Operational mindset with a strong bias for action
• Experience with scattered lot construction (preferred)
• Deep commitment to mission‑driven work and community impact
