Wholesale food manufacturer seeking individuals to operate bakery packing equipment. Position requires a mechanical understanding of processing equipment, an eye for detail, and food safety training within a manufacturing food facility. Any related experience with automation in a food processing facility a plus! If you are a hard worker, work well with others, follow direction and contribute to a positive, fun work environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Work with Packaging department, processing baked goods
- Operate slicing/bagging line
- Understand machinery where can learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and solve minor issues
- Maintain all operating parts of machine, assist maintenance in PM service
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
- Quick pace environment working with a team
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong verbal communication
- Detail-oriented
