Unit: A4W Adult Med Surg

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state regulations. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Working closely with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models and advocating for patients and families.

• Required Experience:
  
  One year of RN experience
• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years. RNs with 10+ years of experience are exempt.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Required License:
  Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC may apply).
• Required Certification: BLS
