LPN Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Care Partners

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital team. Care Partners, part of HCA Healthcare, is committed to investing in its team members with extensive programs and opportunities across western North Carolina.

As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with Care Partners, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day.

• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence
• Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly
• Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination
• Educate and support patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Eligibility to obtain the LPN/LVN license within 30 days of employment start date
