Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiology Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess experience in stepdown or progressive care and telemetry nursing, along with hands-on experience with titratable cardiac IV medications.
Responsibilities
• Provide care for patients with cardiovascular conditions such as CHF, MI, and arrhythmias.
• Effectively manage and monitor patients receiving titratable medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in bedside cardioversion procedures as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Must have previous stepdown or progressive care experience.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• Experience with administering titratable cardiac IV medications.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with prostacyclins is preferred.
