Nurse Manager - Patient Safety Attendants

Role Overview: The Nurse Manager for Patient Safety Attendants is responsible for the 24/7 oversight of a team of approximately 70 FTEs, including Patient Safety Attendants and Behavioral Health Technicians.

• Manage daily operations, allocate resources, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data to support decision-making.
• Optimize monitoring equipment and IT connectivity, with procedures to maintain patient safety during downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Advocate for quality improvement and resource allocation.
• Lead a team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

• BSN or equivalent;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of five years recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical hospital settings with leadership skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
