** Self-scheduling with unit needs consideration; 6 weekend shifts per scheduling period; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 12-bed unit
** Highlights:** - Neuroscience ICU specializing in post-thrombectomy, TPA patients, and post-neurosurgery care
- Advanced procedures including CRRT, bedside EVD management, and arterial line monitoring
- Collaborative unit with support from unit secretaries and patient care technicians
- Cerner documentation system with Baxter infusion pumps
- Float opportunities primarily to other ICU settings and step-down units as needed
- Opportunity to work in a specialty neuroscience critical care environment
** Requirements:** - Active RN license- BLS and ACLS certifications required- NIHSS certification required
- Previous ICU nursing experience required
- Neurology ICU experience strongly preferred
- Experience caring for post-thrombectomy, TPA, and neurosurgery patients highly valued
- Proficiency with CRRT, EVD management, and arterial line monitoring
