Position Overview:

Flint Group, aglobal leader in the printing and packaging industry, is seeking a dedicated

Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining and improving our quality standards and ensuring that our manufacturing operations meet or exceed ISO 9001 certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sites Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
• Train and lead the Quality Department, ensuring all safety practices are followed.
• Oversee daily scheduling,including task assignments, vacation, and overtime coverage.
• Recruit and hire qualified personnel to build a strong team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to improve overall quality across the site.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations Managers, and customers to manage and establish quality expectations.
• Lead and contribute to the development of the Continuous Improvement program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3-5 years of related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001standards is required.
• Experience with American Society for Quality (ASQ) standards and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proven ability to make critical decisions and lead teams during stressful situations.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding ofquality systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional written andverbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Excellent troubleshooting,problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detailand a desire to train and mentor coworkers.
• Education:
• Bachelors Degree in arelated field is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00per year

Schedule:
