We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Specialist to help buyers purchase newly built homes. This role is ideal for an agent who enjoys working with clients at every stage of the home buying process, from selecting a builder or community to closing on their dream home. The right candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the unique aspects of new construction.

• Prospect daily for new business through cold calls, texts, emails, and social media
• Convert inbound inquiries into appointments for buyer or listing consultations
• Conduct property showings and buyer consultations to determine client needs
• Track progress using CRM software and maintain consistent follow-up schedules
• Assist in drafting contracts and guiding clients through the offer process
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting and closing goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and organization skills required
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Commission-only compensation structure

$150,000 - $225,000 yearly
