Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. Occasionally you may also work with products from other companies in the stores you serve.

Salary and Schedule Details
  • Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.25‑$15.25 depending on your skills and experience.
  • Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
  • Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
  • Average weekly hours are between 4‑9 hours.
  • Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
Your Role and stiabilities

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The role has three major components:

  • Day‑to‑day engagement:
    Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products. Technology is critical for daily work, communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys.
  • Holiday support:
    Additional days and extended hours during the work week are expected around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Some holidays may require you to work on the actual day, including weekends.
  • Department resets:
    At times you may be part of a team responsible for installations, relocations of card departments, and resetting card sections. Rem pòrt instructions are given two weeks in advance and may include evenings or weekends.
Physical Requirements

Physically demanding job requiring you to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday and may need to climb stairs or step ladders.
