Cheesecake Prep​/Decorator

The Cheesecake Prep/Decorator is responsible for preparing cheesecakes for display cases, preparing cheesecake orders,, and decorating finished products to company standards. This role requires accuracy, consistency, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced bakery environment.

• Prepare cheesecakes, toppings, sauces, and mix‑ins

• Decorate cheesecakes with consistent designs, drizzles, garnishes, and toppings

• Follow visual standards and recipe guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep/decor station

• Label, date, and store products correctly

• Assist with daily production goals and restocking

• Communicate product or equipment issues to management

• Support general bakery tasks (cleaning, packaging, stocking)
