Outside Sales
First and foremost your core values should align with ours:
Give A Crap - Delight others by owning your role and saying yes. Take pride in how you appear & act & every other detail of the job. Be on time, attentive, & enthusiastic. Act as if the buck stops with you on every aspect of the job.
Chase Perfection - Chase perfection knowing full well we will not reach it, but along the way we will catch excellence. Have a sense of urgency;
Go-Forth Time - right now might be the only time you have to get it right.
Dig Deeper - Be an action-oriented professional that makes decisions based on evidence rather than stories & assumptions. Stay curious. Data can speak for itself. Understand the cause of the fire rather than rushing to extinguish it.
Fight For Simplicity - Keep it simple & consistent. Focus on how things should be done every time.
Face it, Fix It - Confront challenges directly and address issues head-on. A bias for action and powerful conversations drive our progress. It’s about getting it right rather than being right.
GROW!-Growth is our purpose. Growing as people & growing our business.
Overview:This position is demanding, involving hands-on service and sales in challenging environments—we'll train you in-house, no prior experience needed. But let's be real: you'll be crawling through dirty, cramped crawlspaces filled with bugs, dust, and who knows what else. You'll work outside in all weather—pouring rain, freezing snow, or scorching hot days that leave you drenched in sweat. This isn't a desk job;
it's physically tough and often uncomfortable. Ideal candidates thrive on challenges, embrace discomfort as a path to growth, and are eager to push their limits. You'll need to build rapport with clients, work independently or in teams, make smart decisions under pressure, and stay motivated even when the going gets rough. A key part of the role is sales: you must actively offer service add-ons, upsell additional treatments, and even do door-to-door (D2D) prospecting to grow the business.
Expect long hours—this isn't a 9-to-5 with great work-life balance; it requires serious dedication, self-motivation, and a commitment to constant improvement. If you're the type who wants to level up personally and professionally while facing real-world grit, this could be for you.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Must have a clean driving record
- Comfortable (and willing) to work outside in extreme weather: rain, snow, heat; under houses in dirty, tight crawlspaces; and around homes in all conditions
- Must be able to lift/carry 40 lbs repeatedly, often in awkward positions
- Must be responsible, dedicated, and thrive on long hours—dedication means committing to the grind without expecting perfect work-life balance
- Eager to handle sales: offering add-ons, upselling services, and performing door-to-door prospecting is a must
- Willing to embrace challenges, discomfort, and continuous self-improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- GED or High school diploma preferred
- Must be able to lift/carry 40 lbs
- Capable of working in physically demanding, uncomfortable environments for extended periods
