We are currently seeking a customer-focused outside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. • Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day within assigned territory.
• Maintain a 2-week route plan to optimize sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with the inside sales team and document customer interactions.
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.

• One year experience in Outside Sales
• Background in construction/roofing related field
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

• Dynamic work setting within a secure privately held company.
• Comprehensive benefits package including:
  • Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am to 5:00pm (Occasional weekend Events)

  • PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)

  • Pay Structure:
    Base Salary Plus Commission Total estimated salary $55,000-$65,000
