- Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute an account‑specific business plan to identify the long‑term, mutual support requirements necessary to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.
- Identify customers’ problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them.
- Ascertain market opportunities and market sales data.
- Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
- Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development (degree or Associate’s Degree not required).
- Practical experience and relevant skills; candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
- Successful experience in Business Development and Sales.
- CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 12 months of continuous driving and no major violations in the last 3 years.
From $75,000 and up based on experience, with a monthly incentive plan. Base pay range includes commission/incentive; actual base pay may vary by seniority, merit, and location.
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
