T3 Recruiters, LLC specializes in connecting employers and employees in the diesel engine industry. We work with dealers and distributors who sell and service products powered by diesel engines, offering placement services for a wide range of roles from technicians to upper management.

This is a full-time role for a Field Power Generator Technician that will take care of Western North Carolina. Technician can be located anywhere on the West side of NC. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting power generation equipment and systems. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, performing inspections, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards.

The technician will collaborate with team members, document work orders, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

• Technical skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing diesel engines, power generators, and associated components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, controls, and wiring of power equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards for power systems.
• Communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Relevant certifications in generator or diesel engine repair are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to on-site schedules and deadlines.
• Should have knowledge of some if not all of:
  Diesel Engine, ATS, UPS, Data Center work, Stand‑by Generators.
