Who We Are
Eliada is one of Asheville’s most trusted and long‑standing nonprofits, serving children and young adults since 1903. Nestled on a beautiful 300+ acre campus, we support over 600 youth each year through a cradle‑to‑career continuum that includes foster care, residential treatment, housing support, vocational training, and early childhood education.
What You’ll Be Doing- Ensure that the students and facilities are monitored during student sleeping hours and take necessary action required to assure their security, health, and safety.
- Provide leadership and supervision to night shift staff to ensure that all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage the staff shift scheduling.
- Ensure program documentation is completed.
- A High School Diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
